Caregiver for Elderly in Herzliya, Israel



We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care for elderly individuals in the city of Herzliya, Israel. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Administering medication according to prescribed schedules
- Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
- Providing companionship and engaging in stimulating activities
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition or behavior
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for the client

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver or working with elderly individuals preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Physical ability to lift/move clients if necessary
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in caregiving or nursing assistant training preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in Israel and have a valid work visa if not an Israeli citizen
- Fluent in Hebrew; proficiency in English preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options available. Shifts may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday hours.

Location:
The position is located in Herzliya, Israel. The caregiver will need to provide their own transportation to/from work.

Accommodation:
This is not a live-in position; accommodation will not be provided by the employer.
