Contract Administrator in Herzliya
We are currently hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Herzliya. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors
- Track contract milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Prepare contract amendments, addendums, and extensions as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties regarding contract status, changes, or issues
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all contracts
- Identify potential risks or issues in contracts and provide solutions or recommendations to mitigate them
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of contract language, terms, and conditions
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Proven track record of managing multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
