Job Title: Administrator - Herzliya, Israel
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
