Hotel Sales Manager


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue and increasing sales for our hotel through various channels such as corporate clients, travel agencies, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor competitors' rates and adjust pricing accordingly
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets within tight deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing a team is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
