We are seeking a talented and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through various channels including corporate sales, group bookings, and individual reservations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, offering visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage corporate accounts and negotiate contracts to secure repeat business
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote the hotel through various channels
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Produce regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or related role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends or evenings as needed
