Hotel Sales Manager in Herzliya, Israel
We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Herzliya, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and cold calling
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create attractive proposals and presentations to showcase hotel offerings
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure bookings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor competitors' activities and adapt strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors' activities
- Fluency in English (Hebrew or other languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Israel (free visa provided)
