Sales Manager - Al-Kuwait
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the African or Malayalee market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Malayalam would be an advantage)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Salary: 900$ per month + commission on sales
Location: Al-Kuwait (accommodation provided)
Preference will be given to candidates with a biometric passport.
