Job Title: Sales Manager for a Leading Retail Company in Al-Kuwait



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our retail team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve their goals
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malayalam is preferred but not mandatory
