Handyman for Property Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman for Property Maintenance to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment and fixtures, painting, and general upkeep of our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues
- Perform repairs on equipment, fixtures, and furniture
- Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of properties
- Respond to tenant requests for maintenance in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Communicate with contractors and vendors for larger maintenance projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and colleagues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary

Preferred:
- Previous experience in property maintenance preferred
- Experience working with diverse communities preferred
- Familiarity with local building codes preferred
Salary will be adjusted based on qualifications.
