Contract Construction Manager in Vianden, Luxembourg


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effective execution
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Manage subcontractors and ensure their compliance with project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all job sites
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (French or German is a plus)
