Barista (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Ajman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment and be familiar with various brewing methods.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment by regularly cleaning and maintaining them
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any complaints
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders for supplies when needed
- Train new team members on beverage preparation techniques and customer service standards

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is preferred
- Previous experience as a Barista is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of different brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills

Salary: 1300$ per month

City: Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Contract job: This position is on a contract basis with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience required: Previous experience as a Barista is required.

Visa & Ticket: The company will provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket for the selected candidate.

Qualifications: This job is suitable for graduates who have previous work experience as a Barista. English proficiency is not required.
