Shaper - Contract Position
Location: Nairobi, Kenya


We are a leading manufacturing company in Nairobi, Kenya seeking a skilled and dedicated Shaper to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for shaping and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing products.

Responsibilities:
- Use various shaping techniques to create high-quality products according to design specifications
- Operate shaping equipment such as saws, planers, routers, and sanders
- Ensure all products are shaped accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels of shaping materials and report any shortages or issues
- Collaborate with design team to ensure products meet desired specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in shaping or carpentry is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
