Shaper Assistant

We are in need of a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Shaper Assistant. As a Shaper Assistant, you will work alongside our skilled shaper to help create custom surfboards for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with the shaping process, sanding and finishing boards, and ensuring quality control standards are met. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. No experience is necessary, but a strong interest in surfing and craftsmanship is preferred. This position is open to all genders and nationalities. Salary starts at $900/month.
