Construction Manager (Malayalee) - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


A reputable construction company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from start to finish. We are specifically looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and is of Malayalee nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process
- Ensure that projects are completed within the set timelines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Make strategic decisions to optimize efficiency and productivity on-site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Preference for Malayalee nationality
