Waiter/Waitress

A renowned restaurant in Muscat is seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has great communication skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work station
- Process payments using POS system

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must possess good customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Own visa or valid work permit for Oman is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Salary: 900$ per month
