Call Center Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are a leading call center company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1400$, with the potential to earn commission based on performance.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is not required but preferred

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or requests
- Providing accurate and efficient information to customers
- Entering customer information into the system accurately and efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions within designated timeframes
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
- Meeting individual and team targets set by the company
