Instrument Technician - Maintenance and Repair Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of a wide range of industrial instruments and control systems. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$, without accommodation. Preference will be given to Indian nationals and female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks on various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves
- Troubleshoot and diagnose instrument issues using technical manuals, schematics, and test equipment
- Calibrate instruments according to specifications and industry standards
- Install new instruments or systems as needed
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient operation of instruments
- Follow all safety protocols while working with hazardous materials or in high-risk environments

Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Instrumentation or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and control systems
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques for various types of instruments
- Familiarity with industry standards for instrument calibration and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Good communication skills in English (basic level)
- Physically fit to perform duties including standing for long periods, working at heights, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), etc.
