Instrument Technician for Oil Refinery in Ar-Ruwais

The Instrument Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating various instruments and control systems used in an oil refinery located in Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. They will work closely with the plant operations team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an industrial setting, preferably in an oil refinery or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various instruments and control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with equipment
- Calibrate instruments as needed to maintain accuracy
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with plant operations team to ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Keep up-to-date with new technology and industry standards related to instrumentation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of various instruments and control systems used in refineries
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ar-Ruwais, a city known for its large oil refinery industry. It is located about 160km west of Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates.
