We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing inventory, creating displays, and promoting products in our retail store. This position is ideal for students or individuals looking for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are always in stock
- Create attractive displays to showcase products and attract customers
- Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1100 per month.
