Junior Barista


We are a well-established coffee shop in Riyadh, currently seeking a Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, and tea
- Ensure the quality of drinks by following proper recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide helpful recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Uphold high levels of customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
