Office Assistant - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team. This position requires previous experience working in an office environment and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answering calls and responding to emails
- Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed
- Manage travel arrangements for team members when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English
Preferred:
- Prior experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant
- Knowledge of Arabic language
Salary: 1500$ per month
