Machine Operator



A leading manufacturing company in Muharraq is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining various machines, as well as a keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines including but not limited to lathes, drills, and milling machines
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and delays
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
- Proven experience operating and maintaining machines in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy materials as needed
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
