Merchandiser (Contract)

We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Muharraq on a contract basis. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the presentation and promotion of our products in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by ensuring that our products are visually appealing and readily available to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores in Muharraq to ensure products are properly displayed and stocked
- Collaborate with store managers to plan and execute product displays, promotions, and events
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment and placement
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Maintain relationships with store personnel, providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and retail best practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and have a flexible schedule including weekends if necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience working in Muharraq or other cities in Bahrain is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and airfare.
