Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant in El-Ain. You will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. Your creativity and passion for cooking will be essential in developing new dishes and keeping our menu fresh and exciting for our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of culinary trends
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Egyptian nationality preferred
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes
- Train, manage, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and productivity
- Ensure food quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections and tasting sessions
- Develop new dishes to keep our menu fresh and exciting
- Collaborate with management to control food costs while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety protocols at all times
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
