Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Our firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Al-Khor. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping clients navigate the complex immigration process, and who is committed to providing top-notch legal representation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience practicing immigration law, and must be knowledgeable in all aspects of immigration law, including visas, green cards, and citizenship. Fluency in English is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on immigration matters
- Prepare and file visa petitions, green card applications, and other necessary documents
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws
- Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of immigration judges
- Communicate with government agencies on behalf of clients
- Maintain organized case files and records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of cases

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience practicing immigration law
- Knowledge of all aspects of immigration law, including visas, green cards, and citizenship
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any other languages is a plus
- Must have a valid visa or be eligible to work in Al-Khor
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
Salary: 1700$ per month
