Loader Operator


We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our growing team in Khasab. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites, warehouses, and other locations. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols
- Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and other construction materials
- Transport materials to designated areas using the loader
- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with site managers and team members to coordinate loading/unloading activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or warehouse setting
- Physical strength and stamina to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail for accurate loading/unloading of materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and site managers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
