Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator in Khasab, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of our loading equipment. Your main responsibility will be to operate heavy machinery such as front-end loaders to load, unload and move materials within our facility. You will need to have a strong understanding of loading procedures, as well as the ability to work independently and make quick decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders to load and unload materials onto trucks or storage areas
- Inspect equipment before use and report any mechanical issues to your supervisor
- Follow loading procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate with truck drivers and other team members to coordinate loading schedules
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating front-end loaders in a similar environment
- Valid loader operator certification/license preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to work full time with visa sponsorship

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. You may be required to work weekends or overtime depending on operational needs. Our company offers visa sponsorship for this role.
