Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

As an entry-level computer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients in the Dickirch area. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and a desire to help others. You will work closely with team members to assist with hardware and software installations, system updates, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and networks
- Conduct system updates and maintenance tasks
- Assist with email set-up, account creation, and password resets
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide remote support for clients as needed
- Document all technical procedures and resolutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support role
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation may be provided if needed.

Location:
This position is based in Dickirch but may require occasional travel within the surrounding area.
