We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at a busy bakery in Hawalli. This is a full-time position suitable for both Pakistani and Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English and have a valid biometric passport. This job does not require any previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for entry-level bakers looking to gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing machines
- Ensure all products are baked fresh daily and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations while handling and storing ingredients
- Assist with decorating cakes and other specialty items as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
