Land Surveyor

A reputable surveying company in Salalah is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and possess excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various surveying equipment
- Interpret plans, maps, and legal descriptions to determine property boundaries
- Prepare accurate field notes and sketches
- Operate total stations, GPS receivers, data collectors, and other survey equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project deadlines are met
- Assist with the preparation of survey reports and drawings
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in the use of total stations, GPS receivers, data collectors, and other survey equipment
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

Salary: $1700 per month with accommodation provided.

Location: Salalah (Preference given to Omani nationals or candidates with valid Omani visa).
