Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing a team of staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure profitability
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality services at competitive prices
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop promotions and attract new business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations including front desk management, housekeeping procedures, food and beverage services, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
Salary: 1500$ per month (tax-free) + additional benefits (accommodation allowance, transportation allowance)
