Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Train and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor guest satisfaction through regular communication and feedback
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
- Manage budget and expenses to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing department to promote the hotel and attract new guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for guests
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or related role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of local market trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel management software
Salary:
1500$ per month
