Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of chefs. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa and at least 12 years of experience in the culinary industry. Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and cleanliness
- Create unique and delicious dishes while staying updated on current food trends
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure overall success of the restaurant
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a chef in high-end restaurants or hotels
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus and managing kitchen operations effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have own visa
