Indian Cuisine Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Bayan. As the Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, and training and managing kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Develop new menu items and recipes
- Ensure high quality standards for food presentation and taste
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and delegating tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan menus, promotions, and special events
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors
- Ability to create unique dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
