Chef for Authentic Malayalee Cuisine in Bayan


We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Chef for our authentic Malayalee restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and executing traditional dishes from the Kerala region of India. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and passion for Malayalee cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus featuring traditional Malayalee dishes
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and food safety practices
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef specializing in Malayalee cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee ingredients, spices, and cooking methods
- Ability to create new dishes while staying true to the authenticity of the cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English (Malayalam is a plus)
