We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Muharraq. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the client's specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction activities according to project timelines and budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best deals for the company
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems or delays and take corrective action when necessary
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge for their assigned tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)

Salary: 1100$ per month

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. Candidates must have their own visa. While previous experience is preferred, we also welcome applicants without prior experience who are willing to learn and grow in this role.
