Sales Manager for Pakistani Nationals in Hawalli



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hawalli. The ideal candidate should be a Pakistani national with prior experience in sales and a strong understanding of the local market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Create sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Train and manage sales team members
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Hawalli, Kuwait
- Accommodation provided by the company
