Team Lead - Software Development


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic software development team in Dickirch. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of software developers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure their timely completion
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact for any technical issues or escalations within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Previous experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus
