- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Communicate company policies and procedures to team members
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with project management software is preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work part-time hours (20 hours per week) with potential for full-time in the future if desired
