We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Nizwa. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed in the most attractive and effective way possible.

Responsibilities:
- Merchandise products according to company standards
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers
- Ensure proper stock levels and restock as needed
- Monitor product sales and provide feedback to the sales team
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
1600$ per month, without accommodation. Visa sponsorship available for non-Omani nationals.
