Job Title: Merchandiser Specialist


We are in need of a highly skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Nizwa. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising plans for our company's products. You must have a biometric passport and be willing to work full time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan product launches, promotions, and events
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train and supervise store staff on proper product display techniques
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of increasing product visibility and sales through effective merchandising strategies
