Machine Operator


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Isa Town. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, including lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and grinders. You will also be required to monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a machine operator
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience with CNC machines is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as required
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs when necessary
- Adhere to all safety protocols at all times
