Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong customer service focus. The main responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Handle complaints or special requests from guests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant area
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with setting up and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Qatar or other Middle Eastern countries
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an asset
- Ability to speak other languages such as Hindi or Swahili is an advantage

We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. This is a seasonal job opportunity, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
