Loader Supervisor


As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo at a busy logistics hub in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo by a team of loaders
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that equipment is operated safely
- Assign tasks to loaders based on their skills and experience
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of cargo
- Keep track of inventory and ensure that all shipments are accounted for
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any issues or delays to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a loader or supervisor
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia or willingness to obtain one
- Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if necessary

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with automated loading equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
