As the Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all architectural projects for our firm in Dickirch, Luxembourg. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of architects in the design and development of commercial and residential buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into architectural designs
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the selection of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for each project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- High level of creativity with an eye for detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)
