Architecture Manager



The Architecture Manager will oversee all aspects of architectural design and development for our projects in Dickirch. They will be responsible for producing top-quality, innovative designs that align with our company’s vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, as well as excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring they meet all client requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement design strategies to achieve project goals within budget and timeline constraints
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and trends in architecture to integrate into designs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
- Monitor project progress to identify any issues or delays, and take corrective actions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in architecture or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in managing architectural projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas through drawings and presentations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Dickirch

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience working on commercial or residential projects in Dickirch or similar European cities
- Fluency in English (French or German proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary of $900 per month negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Dickirch, but remote work options may be considered.
