Architectural Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Manager to join our dynamic team in Dickirch. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, schedules, and specifications
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and contractors for each project
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to the team throughout the design and construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for international candidates.
