Sales Manager

A leading company in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and training as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competition
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, plus commission on sales. Accommodation will also be provided.
