Sales Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Train and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to improve overall business results
- Stay updated on industry developments, product updates, and customer needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (minimum of 3 years)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team effectively
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
- Familiarity with CRM software systems for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
