Office Assistant (Pakistani Candidates Only)
We are searching for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time position, suitable for men who are fluent in English and do not require accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Proven work experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
